LONG COURSE TRAINING
Long Course (50 meter pool)  training for Development and Intermediate Squad and any Junior Squad that is attending a long course meet.  There will be no Development or Intermediate Squad practice at the HS Pool on these dates!!!  All other squad level practices will be held as normal.
There will be no additional charge for these sessions!

A bus will collect the swimmers at 3:55 on the HS steps and return them to the HS steps by 6:00pm.
